Best Waterfront Investments in Dubai

Dubai’s real estate market is coming out of its summer hibernation in full force with two fantastic waterfront residential launches - Marina Vista from Emaar and Port de la Mer from Meraas. Both developers are known for delivering elegant contemporary homes that hold strong appeal for both buyers and investors. As these projects prepare to roll out, we take a look at some of the other excellent waterfront investment options there are in Dubai.

Emaar Beachfront

Set on a gated island, it offers a total of 27 residential towers alongside 1.5 kilometres of private beach and a gorgeous waterfront promenade. The first two projects in the area - Beach Vista and Sunrise Bay - have proven to be a major success within weeks of being launched and it goes without saying that the launch of Marina Vista is highly anticipated.

Dubai Creek Harbour

It is hard to choose just one project out of the many that have been launched in Dubai Creek Harbour so far. Comprising 9 interconnected districts. A yacht marina and pier are key highlights of the community, as is the Dubai Creek Tower, which is on track to be the tallest observation tower in the world. February 2019 will see the first project to hand over - Dubai Creek Residences.

Bluewaters Residences

If you want to get an idea of what to expect from the upcoming Port de La Mer. Another magnificent project by Meraas, Bluewaters is located on a man-made island and complements its residential towers with resort-style hospitality concepts and a vast array of retail and dining options. The highlight of the island is of course, Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest big wheel. Bluewaters will be handing over later this year.

LIV Residence

Being built on one of the last remaining prime plots in Dubai Marina, The upper floors of the tower will be the most sought after, with large open layouts and penthouses that have rooftop gardens. A major benefit of LIV is its excellent location, enjoying easy access to the many fantastic lifestyle options available, as well as the neighbouring area of JBR and upcoming attractions such as Dubai Harbour and Bluewaters. LIV Residence is already handed over to the owners.

Sobha Creek Vista

The development is split between sprawling family villas, comfortable townhouses and apartments, such as the ones at Sobha Creek Vista. This is one of the newest projects to be launched by Sobha, benefiting from lovely views of the Creek and Dubai skyline as well as the exceptional lifestyle offering provided by Sobha.
