Launched in 2003, Emirates Living Dubai was the first luxury master community in the city. Covering an expansive 120 million square feet, it consists of four main neighborhoods: Emirates Hills, The Lakes, and The Meadows. Surrounded by two prestigious golf clubs, numerous lakes, and beautifully landscaped gardens, it offers an exceptional family-oriented lifestyle.
1. The Homes

Emirates Living is one of the cornerstones of luxury living in Dubai, featuring 8,659 beautiful family homes that range from cosy detached villas to palatial custom-built mansions. The homes are complemented by over 52 million square feet of greenery, plus gorgeous water features, walking paths, playgrounds, and more. The homes in the greater part of Emirates Living are great options for investment, and many of them are owner-occupied. Areas such as The Lakes, Meadows and The Springs are also popular for long-term Dubai villa rentals.
Emirates Hills

This is not only the most well-known and upscale amongst the neighbourhoods in Emirates Living, it is also widely considered to be the most exclusive residential area in the city and is referred to as the ‘Beverly Hills of Dubai’. Completed in 2006, Emirates Hills was the city’s first freehold community, where expats were able to purchase plots of land to build and design their own homes. As a result, it attracted a top-tier list of residents, including prominent local businessmen, international celebrities and even global political figures.
The Lakes

As its name suggests, The Lakes is an area that is surrounded by water features and walking trails so that residents can enjoy a calming view as they go about their daily lives.
The Meadows

Divided into nine districts and featuring 1,800 villas in three to seven-bedroom layouts, The Meadows is a beautiful green neighbourhood with extensive landscaping and open green spaces for residents. It overlooks many of the beautiful lakes in the larger community and is known for being quite pet-friendly.
The Springs

2. The Lifestyle

On the whole, Emirates Living provides a very relaxed way of life that is well-suited for families. However, each of its component neighbourhoods offers something a little different. Emirates Hills is meant for those who are seeking the heights of luxury, with palatial homes on large secluded plots that are just a short drive or walk from two internationally acclaimed golf clubs.
There are also plenty of leisure and entertainment options for residents of Emirates Living. The Springs Souk is a shopping centre that contains a fantastic selection of restaurants and boutique retail outlets, while Reform Social & Grill, a restaurant known for its upscale British cuisine and very family-friendly atmosphere, is located in the Lakes. You also have plentiful dining options at the Address Montgomerie Golf Club and Emirates Golf Club, from casual hangouts such as Jones the Grocer, Roseleaf Cafe and Monty’s to carine, an elegant French Mediterranean restaurant helmed by acclaimed chef Izu Ani.
3. Connectivity

The community does have its own schools and educational facilities, including Raffles Nursery and Dubai International Academy in Emirates Hills, and Emirates International School in The Meadows.
Emirates Living is bordered by two beloved residential communities - Jumeirah Islands and Jumeirah Park - and is a short drive from the mixed-use community of Jumeirah Lakes Towers. It is framed by Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, two of the main highways in Dubai, which places it at a 15-minute drive from the Dubai Marina district and the beach, and it is 20 minutes from the central Downtown Dubai district.
